Handling and Production Times:

• European mounts take up to about a month for us to turn around to our customers.  

• Custom plaques/displays may take up to six months to build.

Shipping:

• We do not ship heads or plaques/displays, but are happy to ship leatherwork or beadwork.

• Items are shipped UPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once your item has shipped.

• Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order.  We accept no liability for information that is entered incorrectly.  If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of UPS.

• If your package was scanned and delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local UPS store immediately.  You will need to report your package as missing.

Returns and Exchanges:

• Plaques and displays can be returned for store credit or exchange only.  However, you must contact us and items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.  Shipping charges will not be returned.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

• All sales are final on custom order pieces.  Returns are not usually accepted on customs but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

• Leatherwork and beadwork can be returned or exchanged within one month of purchase.

• Customer service is our top priority.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately.  All items must be returned in their original condition.  Items that have damaged or altered will not be accepted for return, for store credit or exchange.

Changes and Cancellations:

• Please contact us immediately at 307-399-3628 to request an order change or cancellation.

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Quality:

• We are not responsible for damage to skulls from shot placement.  Shots to the head can cause extensive damage that is beyond our skill level to repair.

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique and full of character.  All of our products are made from high quality materials, but variations in wood and leather are to be expected as nothing we produce is machine made.  No two pieces will ever be identical!
